Historical Fact;
The first time this Glasgow~Ayrshire competition was played by Kilwinning Bowling Club was away back in the year 1859.

Our history tells us that we were the Highest Runners up in the years 1935 & 1999. We won it outright in 1970, 1978 and of course, in this year 2008.
